Brandon Halleck

Brandon joined the ballroom dance class at Indiana State University as a freshman.  Shortly thereafter, he began taking lessons from Barbara in Indianapolis, IN.  He joined the teaching staff when Barbara opened The Dance Studio in 2002.  Brandon enjoys teaching Latin, Ballroom, and Swing - although he admits his favorite dances are the quickstep and rumba!

Mallory Halleck

Mallory began taking lessons at The Dance Studio in 2011, which is how she met her future husband, Brandon.  She joined the teaching staff in 2014 to take her love of ballroom to a new level.  Mallory loves teaching all ballroom dances and specializes in country dancing (two-step, line dancing, etc.)

Cindy Marshall 

Cindy's first introduction to ballroom came as a child dancing the waltz with her father. This inspired her into adulthood and she took instruction, preformed and competed while living in Savannah, Georgia.Cindy joined the staff at the Dance Studio in 2016 and is happy to be sharing her passion with others as an instructor

 

Josiah Pringle

Josiah is currently studying Pre-med at Lincoln Trail College to be a surgeon. He discovered dancing when he was 13 and fell in love with it after only a few steps. Since then he’s danced in several different college groups from ISU and Rose-Hulman. He joined the Dance Studio in January of 2017 and is excited to teach! His favorite dances are hands down East Coast Swing and Lindy Hop.

 

Barbara Lamb

Barbara has been involved in ballroom dance since 1984. She co-owned studios in El Paso, Texas and Santa Fe, New Mexico before founding The Dance Studio in 2002. She is trained in both American and International styles and is certified as an instructor by the North American Dance Teachers Association.
